Dancing Feet

Dancing in the Park Dancing in the Park

Dancing is a fun way for anyone to get active and de-stress from their day without any extra equipment (So-long, gym membership!). The co-creator of “So You Think You Can Dance” Nigel Lythgoe thought dancing was so important that in 2010, he started a movement to dedicate the last Saturday of every July to celebrating self-expression through dance.

If you’re looking for places to dance this summer, Dance Yourself Clean hosts indie-pop dance parties around the United States, including one in Brooklyn, NY, which is close to home for us at SHEEC. On Thursdays, you can attend dance events at The Get Down and Basement Bhangra. And if the Monday blues have got you down, shake them off during Mobile Mondays at the Bowery Electric.

Here at SHEEC, we understand how important it is to keep your feet comfortable and protected so you can dance to your heart’s content. Mix and match some of our favorite products for the ultimate day of comfortable, fashionable footwork.

Dancing feet need to be able to withstand the dance floor heat! Avoid sweaty feet stealthily, with our invisicool no show socks.

If you’re bringing your little ones along, you can wear matching SoleHugger Active no-show socks. The best part is that the non-skid pads will protect your kids from sliding away on the slippery surfaces if they choose to go shoe-less!

A long night of dancing can hurt your toes in even the most comfortable shoes. Keep them feeling their best with our SockShions sock-cushions: they work for just about any shoe, but are built to be discreet enough for even the sexiest of dancing heels.

Don’t be afraid to get your boogie on!
